Reanna Thompson, BSN, MSN, Chief Nursing Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Reanna started working at PIH Health in May 1977 as a New Graduate RN. While working at PIH Health, she became a member of the Adjunct Faculty Team at Azusa Pacific University. One of Reanna's earlier promotions came 1996 as a Care Center Coordinator for the Critical Care Center. In 2001, Reanna was promoted and named the Care Center Administrator-Medical. During her stint as the CCA-M, Reanna's focus was aimed but not limited to mentoring front line managers, creating yearly budgets, promoting recruitment and retention strategies and ensuring physician satisfaction of service. Reanna's next promotion descended in 2003, when she became the Chief Nursing Officer for Presbyterian Inter-community Hospital. Last year, in 2013, Reanna was named the CNO and COO of PIH Health.

Ramona Pratt, BSN, MSN, Chief Operating Officer, Group Operations

Ramona started her career at Presbyterian Inter-community Health in August 1980 as a Nursing Assistant. Her first promotion arrived in 1983 when she became a Registered Nurse. Shortly afterwards, in 1984, Ramona was named Assistant Head Nurse. Her most recent accolades stem from when she appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Group Operations, at PIH Health Physicians.

Adam Jones, Director, Facilities Support

Adam started working at PIH Health in November 2001 as a "Temporary Secretary". He was enrolled in college and wanted a job to help pay bills. In October of 2002, Adam was offered a full-time position as the Administrative Assistant for Facilities Support. He graduated with a BS in Business Management in June 2003. In November of 2004, he was promoted to Manager of Plant Operations and Maintenance. In September 2013, Adam was promoted to the Director of Facilities Support.
